➥ ITINERARY: 5 Day tour Fes to Marrakech and sahara desert
Day 1: Fes- Ifrane-Azrou-Midelt-Errachidia-Ziz valley-Erfoud –Merzouga
Our 5 Day tour Fes to Marrakech and sahara desert, will begin with a pick up from your riad in Fes at 8:30 am. And head to Merzouga, the tour include a rang of attractions while our drive, which include a visit to Ifrane city as our first stop. Then, To Azrou ‘s cedar forest, next to Midelt city « apples town », after we head to Errachidia passing by Tizi ntelghemt and Rich. Later on to the gorgeous Ziz conyons of palmtress. We’ll have a short stop in Ziz valley for a great photos, and then we reach Merzouga approximately, 4:00 pm.
You ‘ll start your camel ride toward your camp in Middle of desert. While camel trek excursion, you’ll have a special break for the sunset in middle of nowhere provided by your guide. Afterwards, you ‘ll reach your camp early evening, the camel ride lasts to 1 :30 h camel ride. Spend a magical night under the starts including a tasty dinner at your equipped camp, with a private tent.
Day 2 : Merzouga-Merzouga ( exploring of the area )
To wake up early morning in the sahara desert, is difinetely a great chance you should not miss. Firstly, your camp team will wake you up very early to watch the sunrise. Leter on, a hot shower and a tasty breakfast at the camp, then we star our adventure in 4×4 to explore Merzouga. You’ll visit a nomad family to discover their way of life, Next to Mifis mines.
After that we continue to Khamlia town where you’ll enjoy a musical band of Gnawa Music. lunch in the same village at a local restaurant. And then, we transfer you to your hotel in Merzouga afternoon time to take rest.
Day 3 : Merzouga-Rissani-Alnif-Todra Gorge-Dades valley
Third day of our 5 days tour from Fes to Marrakech. First, driver will pick you up from your hotel in Merzouga, then we start this journey, Towards Dades valley. Passing by Rissani’ s ancient weekly market where you’ll see the real africa life style. Continuation Towards Todra gorge « the popoular destination for rock climbing ». The lunch will be served in the same area, then we head to Dades. Finelly we reach your amazing hotel overlooking the valley.
Day 4 : Dades valley- Kelaat Megouna-Skoura valley- Amridil kasbah-Ouarzazate
We’ll pick you up from the lobby of the hotel in Dades after your breakfast. Next we’ll head to Ouarzazate city, we’ll pass through kelaat Megouna « rose city ». This journey will allow us to discover the road of thousand kasbahs. And then a visit of the AMRIDIL KASBAH. We’ll get to Ouarzazate about 3pm, night in your hotel in Ouarzazate « The hollywood of africa ».
Day 5 : Ouarzazate – Aitbenhaddou -Tizi ntichka – Marrakech
Today, you’ll pass by The atlas studios, then to the most biggest kasbah in Morocco, called Aibenhaddou. An amazing historical site, which was listed in the UNISCO world heritag site since 1987.
So many movies were filmed in this beautifull berber village such as : Gladiator, Game of trans , lawrance of arabia and much more. Moreover, we’ll cross the high atlas mountains to Marrakech. Next, Passing by the majistic Tizi N tichka pass « 2260 m » We ‘ll reach the red city of Marrakech early afternoon.
